Account Deletion
We are sad to see you leave our platform. Please drop us an email at support@rightghar.com. You will receive a verification call for the same, and once verified, we will proceed with the deletion of your account. Please note that account deletion is irreversible and you will no longer be able to access your account. Once deletion is completed, we will delete or de-identify your personal data from our active systems, subject to our data retention policy and applicable legal obligations. In most cases, this process is completed within about 7 days if you have not published any property or made any transaction. Certain records (for example, transaction, payment, security, and fraud-prevention logs) may be retained for longer periods as described in our privacy policy, even after your account is deleted.
