These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the RightGhar referral program (“Referral Program”) operated by RightGhar Technologies Private Limited (“RightGhar”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies.
The Referral Program is not available where prohibited by applicable law.
For the purpose of these Terms:
3.1 The Referral Reward will be issued only after the referee’s property listing, if any, has been submitted and verified by RightGhar staff.
3.2 Property verification may take approximately 3 to 7 business days, or longer depending on verification workload, documentation issues, fraud checks, or other operational reasons.
3.3 The Company may, at its sole discretion, determine whether a referral qualifies as successful.
3.4 The Company may issue the Reward in the form of:
3.5 The form, value, denomination, and redemption method of the Reward shall be determined solely by the Company and may vary from time to time.
4.1 The Reward will be issued only upon completion of all conditions communicated by the Company for that referral campaign.
4.2 A referral will not be treated as successful if:

4.4 The Company may withhold, delay, or cancel any Reward if any part of the referral process appears suspicious or non-compliant.
The following referrals shall be deemed ineligible and no Reward shall be credited:
5.1 Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company in writing.
5.2 Rewards cannot be sold, assigned, transferred, traded, encashed, or otherwise disposed of by the user.
5.3 Any attempt to transfer, resell, or misuse a Reward may result in immediate cancellation of the Reward and suspension or termination of the user’s account.
6.1 You acknowledge and agree that RightGhar may retain your account information, transaction history, referral activity, and related data for performance tracking, audit, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, tax compliance, and business record-keeping purposes.
6.2 A user who has participated in the Referral Program may not be entitled to immediate account deletion, withdrawal, or erasure where retention is required for legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
6.3 The Company may retain records for such period as required under applicable law or as reasonably necessary for the above purposes.

7.2 Such limits may be changed, modified, suspended, or withdrawn by the Company at any time in its sole discretion.
7.3 Any reward already issued and validly redeemed before a change will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of issuance, unless the Company determines that fraud, abuse, or illegality was involved.
7.4 The Company may introduce campaign-specific conditions, bonus tiers, geographic restrictions, or time-based restrictions at any time.

8.2 If the Company, in its sole discretion, determines that a referrer or referee has engaged in any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, spam, or suspicious activity, the Company may:
8.3 If the referee submits any illegal, invalid, spam, or fraudulent property listing, then both the referrer and referee accounts may be suspended, terminated, or otherwise restricted.
8.4 The Company reserves the right to revoke any issued or pending Reward if later information reveals fraud, misuse, policy violation, or unlawful conduct by either the referrer or referee.
9.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Referral Program, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
9.2 The Company may change:

9.3 Continued participation in the Referral Program after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9.4 The Company may, but is not obligated to, notify users of changes through the platform, email, SMS, app notification, or any other communication method.
10.1 Users are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from receipt or use of Rewards.
10.2 The Company may, where required by applicable law, deduct tax at source, report such payments, or seek user identification information for tax compliance purposes.
10.3 If any tax, withholding, or reporting obligation applies to the Reward, the user agrees to cooperate fully with the Company.
By participating in the Referral Program, you represent and warrant that:
12.1 By participating, you consent to the Company collecting, storing, processing, and retaining your data and the referee’s data as necessary for:
12.2 The Company may use third-party service providers for reward delivery, verification, communication, analytics, or fraud detection, subject to applicable law and privacy obligations.
12.3 You must not share another person’s data with the Company unless you have lawful authority or their consent, where required.
13.1 You consent to receive communication related to the Referral Program, including transaction alerts, verification updates, reward notifications, and service messages through email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, or in-app messages.
13.2 Promotional messages will be sent only as permitted by applicable law and user preferences, where applicable.
14.1 Rewards will be delivered digitally to the account, email address, or mobile number registered with the Company, or through such other method as the Company may choose.
14.2 The Company is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or misdelivery caused by incorrect contact details, spam filters, telecom issues, account access issues, or third-party platform failures.
14.3 Once issued, the Reward will remain subject to the issuer’s own terms and conditions.
15.1 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, there is no cash alternative to any Reward.
15.2 The Company is not responsible for any merchant-specific restrictions, expiry dates, redemption limitations, or technical issues associated with third-party vouchers or coupons.
16.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, RightGhar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Referral Program.
16.2 RightGhar’s total liability for any claim relating to the Referral Program shall not exceed the value of the specific Reward in dispute.
16.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
17.1 The Company may suspend or terminate your participation in the Referral Program or your account if:
17.2 Termination of account may also result in forfeiture of pending rewards, subject to any legal obligations of the Company.
18.1 RightGhar may modify, suspend, pause, or permanently terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable consumer protection requirements under Indian law.
18.2 Changes to Reward values, caps, or qualifying conditions will be effective from the date of publication unless stated otherwise.
18.3 Referrals that are confirmed as Successful before the date of termination will be honoured.
18.4 Referrals that are in-progress or pending verification at the time of termination may be voided at RightGhar's discretion.
18.5 Continued participation following modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
19.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
19.2 Courts having jurisdiction over Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer law rights.
19.3 The Company may choose to resolve certain disputes through internal escalation, mediation, or arbitration, where appropriate and legally permitted.
20.1 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
20.2 No failure or delay by the Company in enforcing any right shall operate as a waiver.
20.3 The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the Referral Program shall be final and binding, to the extent permitted by law.
20.4 These Terms should be read together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of RightGhar.
